GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The "Residence Pushmini" - Projekt provides the construction of a 13 floor-building in RRASHABULL, including also one basment-floor.

11 floors are destined to housing spaces through the realisation of different kind of apartments, for a total of 14.000 m³, while 2 floors were entirely destined to commercial use, for a total of 3.050 m³.

The arrangement of the basefloor provides the construction of cellars and storerooms.
For the whole project, the use of local material is preferred.
